TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES. Bonnie Maids provides all cleaning supplies, vacuums and equipment.
- Bonnie Maids requests that you put away any valuables, collectibles, heirlooms or any other similar items in order to help reduce accidents.
- ACCESS TO PROPERTY. The client must allow Bonnie Maids access to the identified property for any purpose contemplated by these Terms and Conditions. The failure to promptly allow Bonnie Maids such access may result in an additional fee.
- Bonnie Maids requires that all pets are secured for the safety of our teams and your pets. We also request that you pick up after them prior to our arrival.
- BODILY FLUIDS AND WASTE. Bonnie Maids reserves the right to refuse the cleanup of any human or animal feces/fluids.
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Our teams are instructed to follow the requirements listed on the service proposal. If you would like additional services performed, please contact our office at least one business day in advance to schedule your additional needs. We reserve the right to charge more and/or send additional technicians to help complete the job when needed, due to extra time/work than expected.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT / SEVERABILITY. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no other representation or statements, whether oral or written, shall be binding upon the parties. If any part of is these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Bonnie Maids may, at its own discretion, terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time during the term of this agreement. No early termination fee will apply and only fees for services already performed will be charged.
- SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. While we do not offer any refunds for work already performed, we are committed to your satisfaction. Bonnie Maids guarantees that if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will keep working until you are satisfied. We do require that you notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning about any concerns.
- PAYMENT POLICY. Bonnie Maids requires full payment on the day of the cleaning. Payment by check should be left on the kitchen counter or table for the team supervisor to pick up upon arrival. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, you may be subject to additional charges.
- CANCELLATION AND/OR RESCHEDULE. We hope that you are as committed as we are. Because a lot of planning goes into each appointment that we schedule, we do have to charge a $50 “No show/cancellation” fee at the time of booking your appointment; We block that date and time out so that we are able to service your home, meaning that any future requests for that slot have to be denied. This can cause for us to reject business so that we can accommodate you. We also have admin staff that plans and routes the jobs, and trip expenses to and from your place. A late cancellation or no show can cause quite a disturbance in our route, in that we have to re coordinate for our upcoming jobs. In addition, customers with 3 cancellations and/or reschedule request in a 3-month period may lose their recurrent scheduled slot and/or we may cancel service.
- LATE PAYMENT. Bonnie Maids values prompt payment from our clients to ensure the smooth operation of our services. To maintain transparency, we kindly request that all payments be made on the day services are completed. In the event that payment is not received and services where completed, a late fee of $10 will be charged to the client for each day that payment is delayed.
