Ceiling fans will receive thorough attention, ensuring they are free from dust. Additionally, our team will also deep clean and vacuum furniture, including under cushions and beds, to eliminate any hidden dust or debris. Emptying wastebaskets is another task we take care ot ensuring a clutter-free environment.

We understand a lot of people don’t want their place exceptionally cleaned, but this is a very tricky subject. Because everyone has their idea of what a “regular clean” is, the message can become a bit messy and misunderstood. We try our best to communicate with our clients to determine what they are looking to achieve. You’ll be surprised at the variety of priorities most people have. Some want a microscopic kind of cleaning, others want “just a wipe” cleaning and don’t care much about certain details. Because of this, we start with a deep cleaning so that we cover our grounds and nothing goes missed.

No, you do not. You can provide us with access to your home with a key, door/garage code, or you can buzz us in.

You can book our cleaning services with peace of mind. We have the necessary insurance to cover anything that may go wrong during our services.

It depends on the job but most of the time it will be a group of 2 people, or more if it’s a larger project. We try to finish the jobs in less time so that we are not invading your space for too long. Typically, a very large job might take us 4 hours with a group of 4 people or more.

We accept Cash, payments through Zelle and PayPal.

Our rates are set based on the information provided during the booking process and are non-negotiable. We would be happy to make adjustments to your original request and provide a new quote.

We hope that you are as committed as we are. Because a lot of planning goes into each appointment that we schedule, we do have to charge a $50 “No show/cancellation” fee at the time of booking your appointment; We block that date and time out so that we are able to service your home, meaning that any future requests for that slot have to be denied. This can cause for us to reject business so that we can accommodate you. We also have admin staff that plans and routes the jobs, and trip expenses to and from your place. A late cancellation or no show can cause quite a disturbance in our route, in that we have to re coordinate for our upcoming jobs. In addition, customers with 3 cancellations and/or reschedule request in a 3 month period may lose their scheduled slot and/or we may cancel service.

Bonnie Maids values prompt payment from our clients to ensure the smooth operation of our services. To maintain transparency, we kindly request that all payments be made on the day services are completed. In the event that payment is not received and services where completed, a late fee of $10 will be charged to the client for each day that payment is delayed.
